Really Really Bad Experience
Flying isnt what it used to be. We hear that over and over but it is true. The days of looking forward to a flight are over, and our now bad experience starts at the beginning.
At the airport! Why have airports turned into some of the worst places in the world?
All over the world, people are just confused the minute they arrive. Signage is notoriously bad and it doesnt help to be in a hurry, stressed about a flight and then not be able to work out where you even need to be. So once you get in line or try to get seated in the terminal, youre already out of patience. Then the fun starts. Flights get delayed all the time, so you get prepared to wait. Sometimes, you end up not even being able to find a place to sit because the seats are already full of other people whose flight is delayed. Then, expect noise. Some passengers going on holiday start partying long before the flight is due to take off so theyre drinking, yelling and jumping all over the place. Then you might lose whatever seat you find because the airline makes an announcement for all passengers from your flight to join a queue to change a ticket or something. You drag all your stuff there and line up. For maybe an hour! No one tells you anything at all while you wait and you feel your blood pressure going up. Finally, you get the okay to board and that means getting through security quickly. Forget it.
We all understand the new security rules and the extra precautions, but for the passenger who needs to get to a flight the time can seem like forever.
